Located in St Hilary, Cowbridge, The Bush Inn is a country inn where our guests come to dine, drink, and socialise. Our menu features dishes assembled from fresh ingredients, sure to bring bold and inspiring flavour into your life.

Built in the 16th Century, The Bush Inn still recalls the ambience of those days in its old world bars with bare stone walls, flag stone floors, original oak beams, huge inglenook fireplace and stone spiral staircase to the side of the fireplace.  In these bars, locals and visitors alike have enjoyed traditional ale and good companionship for more than five hundred years!!

Andy and Liz, and their amazing team, would love to welcome you to the Bush Inn.  We specialise in a generous and tasty homecooked menu and we are most famous for our hearty pies, fresh ingredients and our warm welcome!

We opened the Bush Inn in 2010 and by 2020, our tenth year, we found ourselves in the midst of a global pandemic!  2021 is another new start for us and we have taken this time to create an innovative, unique, inviting and safe dining experience for our guests to enjoy.
